\n\tSummary
\n\tStudy of Peel and Leaf King Orange Oil (Citrus nobilis L. var. nobilis)
\n\tThe essential oils of the peel and the leaf of Citrus nobilis L. var. nobilis, grown in Binh Duong province were isolated by using conventionnal heating and microwave irradiation hydrodistillation. The oil contents of the different factors were also studied. The physicochemical indices of the oils were measured. The chemical compositions of the oils identified by GC-MS and GC-FID analysis showed that the main constituents of the peel oil was limonene (97%) and the leaf oil were sabinene (34%), (E)-β-ocimene (14%), β-elemene (11%), and linalool (13%). The antibacterial activities of these oils was evaluated by Gram (+) and Gram (-) strains.
