Nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học từ dịch chiết methanol của lá cây cam đường đã phân lập được ba hợp chất coumarin (1-3). Bằng các dữ kiện phổ UV, IR, MS, NMR và so sánh dữ liệu đã được công bố trong các tài liệu tham khảo xác định cấu trúc hóa học của các chất phân lập được là meranzin hydrat (1), isomeranzin (2), auraptenol (3). Cả ba coumarin lần đầu tiên phân lập được từ cây cam đường.

Summary

Isolation of Coumarin Derivatives from the Leaves of Limnocitrus littoralis (Miq.) Swingle

A phytochemical study on the methanol extract of the leaves of Limnocitrus littoralis (Miq.) Swingle led to the isolation of three coumarin compounds (1-3). Their structures were identified as meranzin hydrate (1), isomeranzin (2), auraptenol (3) based on UV, IR, MS, NMR spectra in comparision with the literatures. Coumarins (1-3) were firstly isolated from this plant.
