Nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học cao chiết cồn từ rễ cây đảng sâm Codonopsis javanica (Blume) Hook.f bước đầu đã phân lập được ba hợp chất. Bằng các dữ kiện phổ MS và NMR đã xác định được cấu trúc hóa học của chúng là β-sitosterol (1), 2′-hydroxy-N-((E, 2R)-1,3,4-trihydroxyoctadec-8-en-2-yl) hexacosanamid (2), α-spinasterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (3). Đây là lần đầu tiên hợp chất 2 và 3 được công bố phân lập từ cây này.

Chemical Constituents from Roots of Codonopsis javanica (Blume) Hook.f.

A phytochemical study of the ethanol extract of the root of Codonopsis javanica (Blume) Hook.f led to the isolation of three compounds. By means of the spectrocopic methods including MS and NMR, the isolated compounds were determined to be β-sitosterol (1), 2′-hydroxy-N-((E, 2R)-1,3,4-trihydroxyoctadec-8-en-2-yl) hexacosanamide (2), α-spinasterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3). The compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from the C. javanica for the first times.
