Từ cao chiết methanol phần trên mặt đất của cây lạc tân phụ (Astilbe rivularis) thu hái tại Sa Pa, tỉnh Lào Cai, năm hợp chất (1-5) được phân lập bằng các phương pháp sắc ký. Các hợp chất này được xác định là acid 3β-acetoxyolean-12-en-27-oic (1), β-sitosterol (2), β-sitosterol-3-O-β–D-glucopyranosid (3), aquilegiolid (4), và bergenin (5) dựa trên các dữ liệu phổ thực nghiệm và so sánh với dữ liệu phổ đã được công bố trước đây. Hợp chất 4 lần đầu tiên được phân lập từ một loài Astilbe.

Chemical Constituents from the Aerial Parts of Astilbe rivularis

From the methanol extract of the aerial parts of Astilbe rivularis Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don collected in Sapa (Lao Cai, Vietnam), five compounds (1-5) were isolated by repeated column chromatography. These isolates were identified as 3β-acetoxyolean-12-en-27-oic acid (1), β-sitosterol (2), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), aquilegiolide (4), and bergenin (5) by spectroscopic analyses and comparison with literature data. This is the first report on the isolation of compounds 4 from an Astilbe species.
