Hai hợp chất gồm mulberrofuran K (1) và steppogenin (2) đã được phân lập từ cao chiết methanol của lá dâu tằm Morus alba L. Cấu trúc của chúng được xác định dựa vào các số liệu phổ khối lượng phun mù điện tử ESI-MS và phổ cộng hưởng từ hạt nhân một chiều 1D-NMR. Đây là lần đầu tiên hợp chất steppogenin được phân lập từ lá dâu tằm. Khả năng thu dọn gốc tự do DPPH của mulberrofuran K và steppogenin cũng được đánh giá với giá trị SC₅₀ lần lượt là 168,5 and 53,3 μg/ml.

Summary

Isolation and Structure Determination of Mulberrofuran K and Steppogenin from the Leaves

of Morus alba L.

A phytochemical fractionation of the methanol extract of Morus alba L. leaves led to the isolation of mulberrofuran K (1) and steppogenin (2). Their structures were determined by means of spectroscopic methods including ESI-MS and 1D-NMR. Steppogenin were isolated for the first time from the leave of Morus alba L. This paper is also the first report for the DPPH scavenging activity of mulberrofuran K and steppogenin with the SC₅₀ values of 168.5 and 53.3 μg/ml, respectively.
