Từ dịch chiết n-butanol thân rễ cây xạ can Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC, bốn hợp chất tectoridin (1), tectorigenin 4’-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (2), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (3) và isoquercetin (4) đã được phân lập và cấu trúc của chúng đã được chứng minh bằng các phương pháp phổ. Đây là lần đầu tiên hợp chất (3) và (4) phân lập được từ cây xạ can.

Summary

Flavonoid Glycosides from the Rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC

From the n-buthanol extract of the rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC, four compounds tectoridin (1), tectorigenin 4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) and isoquercetin (4) were isolated and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Compound (3) and (4) were isolated from B. chinensis for the first time.
