Tóm tắt

Ginsenosid- Rb₁ và ginsenosid - Rg₁ là các saponin chính trong các cây sâm thuộc chi Panax, họ Nhân sâm (Araliaceae),  bao gồm nhân sâm, tam Thất, sâm Mỹ, sâm Việt Nam … Hai hợp chất này thường được dùng làm chất chuẩn đối chiếu trong kiểm nghiệm các dược liệu sâm và các chế phẩm của chúng. Bài báo này báo cáo việc thiết lập các chất chuẩn ginsenosid- Rb₁ và ginsenosid - Rg₁ theo các yêu cầu đánh giá chất chuẩn của dược điển và các hướng dẫn của ISO.

Summary

Establishment of Ginsenoside-Rb₁ and Ginsenoside-Rg₁ as Reference Standards

Ginsenoside - Rb₁ and ginsenoside - Rg₁ are major saponins in Panax plants including Korean ginseng, Sanchi ginseng, American ginseng, Vietnamese ginseng etc. The compounds are used as reference standards for quality control of ginseng crude drugs and their preparations. In this paper, we report the establishment of ginsenoside - Rb₁ and ginsenoside - Rg₁ as reference standards following validation requirements of pharmacopoeia and ISO Guides.
