Tóm tắt

Từ dịch chiết methanol quả núc nác, đã phân lập được sáu chất (1-6). Bằng phân tích phổ (UV, IR, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, MS), kết hợp với tính chất lý hóa đã xác định các chất lần lượt là acid ursolic (1), baicalein (2), chrysin (3), oroxylin A (4), luteolin (5), và apigenin (6). Kết quả cho biết các thành phần chính trong quả núc nác là các flavonon, trong đó chất có hàm lượng lớn nhất là chrysin. Lần đầu tiên luteolin được tìm thấy có trong cây núc nác.

Summary

Chemical Constituents of the Fruit of Oroxylum indicum

Phytochemical study on the methanol extract from the fruit of the medicinal plant Oroxylum indicum resulted in the isolation of six compounds 1-6. Their structures were identified as ursolic acid (1), baicalein (2), chrysin (3), oroxylin A (4), luteolin (5), and apigenin (6) by analyses of physicochemical and spectroscopic data. This is the first report on the presence of luteolin in the plant O. indicum.
