Tóm tắt
Từ cao chiết n-hexan của phần trên mặt đất cây mua bà đã phân lập được β-sitosterol, daucosterol, hai triterpen acid ursolic và acid betulinic. Cấu trúc hóa học của chúng được xác định dựa trên cơ sở các dữ kiện phổ thực nghiệm MS, NMR và các dữ kiện phổ NMR đã công bố. Đây là lần đầu tiên thành hóa học của cây mua bà thu hái ở Việt Nam được công bố.

Summary
Triterpenoids Isolated from n-Hexane Extract of Melastoma candidum D.Don
Phytochemical study on the n-hexane-soluble extract of the aerial parts of Melastoma candidum D.Don resulted in the isolation of β-sitosterol, daucosterol and two triterpenes ursolic acid and betulinic acid. The structures were identified on the basis of NMR, MS spectral analysis and in comparison with the published NMR data. This is the first study on the phytochemistry of Melastoma candidum D.Don growing in Vietnam
