Tóm tắt

Huperizin A phân lập từ  cây thạch tùng răng (Huperzia serrata L.), họ Lycopodiaceae  được phát hiện như một chất ức chế enzym acetylcholinesterase đặc hiệu và tiềm năng với hiệu lực cao và độc tính thấp. Hợp chất này được tìm thấy trong một số loài thuộc họ Thạch tùng (Lycopodiaceae). Trong kế hoạch đánh giá nguồn dược liệu của Việt Nam có chứa huperzin A, chúng tôi đã phân lập dược hợp chất này từ cây râu rồng (Huperzia squarrosa (Forst.) Trevis). Cấu trúc của nó được xác định bằng các phương pháp phổ nghiệm.

Summary

Isolation of Huperzine A  from Huperzia squarrosa (Forst.) Trevis., Lycopodiaceae

Huperzine A isolated from Huperzia serrata L., Lycopodiaceae has been found to be a potent, highly specific and reversible inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase with high efficiency and low toxicity. This compound was found in several species belong to Lycopodiaceae family. In our project for evaluation of the Vietnamese natural plants which contain huperzine A, we isolated this compound  from Huperzia squarrosa (Forst.) Trevis., Lycopodiaceae. Its structure was elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods.
