Từ dịch chiết ethanol hạt của cây cần tây (Apium graveolens L.), bằng các phương pháp sắc ký đã phân lập được hai hợp chất thuộc nhóm flavonoid. Dựa trên các số liệu phổ khối (MS), phổ cộng hưởng từ hạt nhân (¹H-NMR,  ¹³C-NMR, HMBC, HSQC) và so sánh với số liệu phổ công bố trong các tài liệu tham khảo, cấu trúc hóa học của các chất đã phân lập được xác định là luteolin (CT₃) và luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (CT₄).

Isolation and Identification of Flavonoids from Celery (Apium graveolens L.) Seeds

From the ethanol extract of the celery (Apium graveolens L.) seeds, two flavonoids were isolated using different chromatographic methods. The structures of the isolated compounds were determined to be Luteolin (CT₃) and Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (CT₄) based on MS, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, HMBC, HSQC spectra in comparison with the literatures.
