\n\tFirst results in chemical study of Fissistigma capitatum Merr. ex Li
\n\tFissistigma is a large genera of family Annonaceae, containing about 70 species with Fissistigma capitatum Merr. ex Li as a shrub. The chemical constituents of Fissistigma capitatum have been not investigated until now. From n-hexane extract of its leaves and branches two compounds were isolated. Their structures have been elucidated as taraxerol and 16-hentriacontanon by using IR, MS and NMR spectroscopic methods.
