\n\tCell Suspension Cultures of Artemisia annua L. for Artemisinin Production by Bioreactor Techniques 

\n\tThe medium for initiation of embryogenic callus were proliferated pro-embryogenic cells having capacity for artemisinin accumulation. LV medium of LV + BA (0.5mg/l) + NAA (0.5 mg/l) was necessary to improve the concentrations of minerals and others supplemented with: Sucrose (30 g/l), N total (40 mM), NH₄⁺/NO₃^- (15/45), KH₂PO₄ (200 mg/l), GA₃ (1 mg/l), yeast extract (100 mg/l) or chitosan (150 mg/l) to enhance the accumulation of artemisinin content up to 0.432%. Cell suspension cultures of Artemisia annua L. for artemisinin production by bioreactor techniques were established.
