\n\tIsolation and Identification of  Premnacorymbosid A from the Radix of

\n\tPremna corymbosa Rottl. ex Willd.

\n\tBy various chromatography methods, Premnacorymbosid A was isolated from the ethanolic extract of the root of Premna corymbosa Rottl. ex Willd. Its chemical structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods including ESI mass, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR,  DEPT, HSQC, HMBC spectra. This is the first report of this compound from the roots of Premna corymbosa Rottl. ex Willd.
