\n\tSummary
\n\tUltrasonic Maceration of "Năm Roi" Pomelo Flower
\n\tCitrus maxima (Burm.) Merr., Rutaceae family, is grown very common in Vietnam. The concentrate of flowers was extracted by solvent extraction methods (petrol ether 30 - 60°C). In this research, we investigated the effect of ultrasound on solvent extraction via three methods: ultrasonic bath, ultrasonic bath combined with mechanical stirrer, and ultrasonic horn. Conventional extraction was also performed, and compared to the ultrasonic methods. The chemical compositions of the absolutes were identified by GC/MS-GC/FID coupled using retention time locked method
