\n\tHepatoprotective Activity of Extracts from Kadsura coccinea (Lem.) A.C.Sm.
\n\tAqueous, ethanolic and n-hexan extracts from Kadsura coccinea roots were evaluated for their hepatoprotective effects on acute hepatitis in vivo test.
\n\tOral administration of three indicated extracts reduced significantly activity of alanine aminotransaminase enzyme (Nr-n: 45,87; Nr -c: 56,48; Nr-h: 61,32%) and bilirubin content (Nr-n: 32,46; Nr-c: 0,69 and Nr-h: 25,72%) respectively induced by CCl4 in comparison with that in untreated mice.
